Returns/Shipping

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. VENGE FITNESS, INC offers a 30-day, money-back guarantee*. Should you not like your product for any reason, you may return the item within 30 days from the date you receive your order. This policy applies to new* products purchased directly from VENGE FITNESS, INC. If you purchased a VENGE FITNESS™ product from a retail store, please refer to the store return policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same new condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

You must obtain a Return Authorization from us prior to shipping any products back. To submit a return request, fill out and submit our support form. Products returned without a Return Authorization from us will not be refunded.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs plus a 10% restocking fee. If you receive a refund, the 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Your original shipping costs including any handling, duties and taxes to or from VENGE FITNESS™ will not be refunded.

When returning your purchase, you must ensure that the item is adequately packaged and at your option and cost, insured. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging by you or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for a refund.

Be sure to provide us the tracking information for the return shipment.

Your return shipment must be postmarked no later than ten (10) calendar days after we have provided your Return Authorization.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund if 30 days or more have gone by since the date you received your order. If your item is not in new condition and is not in the original packaging, we cannot offer you a refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received, items will be evaluated to ensure new condition and original packaging before the refund is processed. While we strive to shorten this as much as possible, processing could take up to two weeks. If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. After your return has been processed it could take up to 7-10 business days, depending on your financial institution, for the credit to show on your statement, minus the 10% restocking fee.

Quality Issue

If there is a quality issue or if you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact our customer care team using the Contact Us form within 72 hours of receiving the product. If an item arrives defective or damaged you will be asked to provide photographs that provide a clear image of the quality issue in question.

Cancellations

We try to get orders out as fast as possible. You may cancel your order prior to the order being processed. Once it is processed, we cannot cancel the order.

We are currently only shipping product in the Contiguous United States.
